Each member receives the following:
Monthly Group Meeting
Each group will have a two-hour monthly meeting. The meetings
will be facilitated by the founders. The meeting will be broken into three parts – peer review, issue discussion and education. Goal setting and accountability will be a primary focus.
Meetings are held using GoToMeeting (or something similar) video web technology. All members will be connected via conference call and video
Coaching Sessions
Individual member coaching sessions will be held at a mutually convenient
pre-scheduled times. The sessions will last 1 hour.
The primary purpose is to make sure that the members are on track with their goals and allow them to discuss issues in greater detail that they may prefer to handle in a one-on-one environment with the principal and / or his management team. Topics to discuss with the group will also be reviewed.
Annual Symposium
Will be held annually in lieu of one of the monthly group meetings at an
easily accessible location such as a major airport hotel or at a resort hotel. The symposium will be scheduled over two to three days.
The purpose of the meeting is to get the group members together for face-to-face interaction, share their annual business plan and to discuss in greater
detail pertinent issues. Education will also be a major emphasis at the annual symposium with prominent speakers presenting live on relevant topics. Meeting rooms and meals will be charged back to the attending members
Onsite Meeting at Printing United Expo
Will be held in conjunction with this annual trade show. The meeting will normally be the day before the start of the Expo. The agenda will be relevant topics submitted by the members.

Enrollment Process
Prospective members will be interviewed by either or both founders. Accepted members will be asked to fill out an application form, a detailed questionnaire, submit their last two years’ financials, a recent digital photo of themselves, photos of their business, and other information as required.
Members will also sign a confidentiality agreement. The information submitted by the prospective members will be used to place them in the proper group plus will be the basis for preparing a business overview and a personal profile for each member.
The business overviews will be used when each member introduces themselves and their business at the first meeting. The personal profiles will be sent to each group member so they can learn more about their fellow group members.
Member Costs
Enrollment Fee
There will be an enrollment fee of $795.00. This fee will be waived for NPSOA members and for new members who have been or are currently consulting clients of either of the founders. The enrollment fee will cover the cost for the founders and coaches to analyze the history of each member and prepare their presentations, which give them insights into each new member’s challenges and goals.
The enrollment fee can be paid in two installments - $395.00 when you enroll and the balance of $400.00 due on or before the initial group meeting.
Member Dues
Each member will pay $695.00 ($495.00 for existing NPSOA members) per month. Dues will cover the monthly meetings, coaching sessions, and the annual Symposium registration.
Other Costs
Travel and lodging for the annual Symposium are borne by the members. Every effort will be made to locate the meeting at a mutually agreeable and convenient location. Members will get group discounts on the hotel costs.
